Assistant Vault Coordinator

Job Summary

  • The assistant vault coordinator is responsible for assisting the vault custodian, to ensure all inventory levels within the branches are within specified thresholds while calling all locations on a daily basis to discuss possible changes to their inventory levels. 

 

General Accountabilities

  • Verifies bulk currency received from various sources.

  • Constant verbal communication with the branches, to inform of changes to daily orders.

  • Balances currencies and coins in cash drawer at end of shift.

  • Ensures the accurate recording of all currencies daily. 

  • Orders daily supply of cash

  • Maintains the vault logs

Job Qualifications

  • Education: Associates Degree

  • Experience: Two years of related experience

  • Excellent Customer Service

  • Knowledge of MS Word and Excel
