Vault Coordinator

Job Summary

  • The vault coordinator is responsible for the vault management of all inventories while maintaining communication with our vendors. Also, to ensure all inventory levels within the branches are within specified thresholds while calling all locations on a daily basis to discuss possible changes to their inventory levels. 


General Accountabilities

  • Verifies bulk currency received from various sources.

  • Constant verbal communication with the branches, to inform of changes to daily orders.

  • Balances currencies and coins in cash drawer at end of shift.

  • Ensures the accurate recording of all currencies daily. 

  • Orders daily supply of cash

  • Maintains the vault logs

Job Qualifications

  • Education: Associates Degree

  • Experience: Two years of related experience

  • Excellent Customer Service

  • Knowledge of MS Word and Excel



  • Excellent verbal and written communication

  • Active listening

  • Mathematics

  • Critical thinking
